Hakurin Dojo is a small Aikido Dojo in the countryside of Taka- cho, in Hyogo Prefecture.
The emphasis of the practice is on the Budo aspect of Aikido. Budo is seen as an ancient methodology to awaken one's personal energy and to connect that energy with the Powers of the Universe.
Aikido unites mind, body and soul. The Way has no reachable goal. It is a Path of a lifetime.
The Practice
Aikido does not depend on physical strength to control the opponent, and it can be practiced by people of all ages, both men and women. The minimum age for practice is 15. There is no upper age limit as long as the person is in regular good health.
